ELEVATE’s Approach to VMS Integration

It connects with human capital management (HCM) systems for corporate foundational data such as user information, worksite locations, business unit hierarchies, cost centers and standardized job descriptions. In some instances, job requirements are created in HCM systems and pushed to ELEVATE for candidate sourcing. When candidates are selected, position information can be pushed back into the HCM system for worker tracking. Since ELEVATE is the system of record for time and expense and invoice generation, a connection with the corporate accounts payable system is important as well. More and more customers are requiring this end-to-end integration and automation.
